Payment Instructions:

Dear Participant,

We extend our sincerest appreciation for your keen interest in NexSum2024, and it brings us great pleasure to congratulate you on the acceptance of your abstract.

To finalize your participation in the event, we kindly request your cooperation in settling the registration fee as per the following instructions:

1. Access the payment portal via the following link: https://www.billplz.com/NEXSUM2024  
2. Complete the payment form with accurate details, including your first and last name, email address, mobile number, and invoice amount.
3. Please note that the amount should be indicated in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), but you will be charged in your own currency, converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Subsequently, click the "Pay" button to proceed to the secure payment page, where you can finalize the transaction using your Credit/Debit Card.
4. Upon completing the payment, ensure that you are logged into your user account. Press the Save button at the bottom of this page, and you will be redirected to the Invoice page under the Registration tab to upload the payment receipt.

Special Rates:

Individuals affiliated with the following groups are eligible for a special rate:

• Members of local research institutions
• Residents of low-income countries
• Those experiencing financial difficulties

Additional Information:

• Delegates should pay the processing fee charged by their banks in addition to the full registration fee.
• A certificate/letter showing full-time study status is required from the University.
  
  

Cancellation Policy:

• 45 days before the conference: Refund the registration fee minus USD100 for processing.
• Less than 45 days: NO REFUND, but you can transfer your registration to another delegate. Registration cannot be shared.
